Youth is having the spirit to change the world. In order to pave the light of social issues related to addiction and gather the attention of students to be part of such a social mission DREAM Trivandrum provided an orientation session for the MSW students of Loyola College of Social Sciences Trivandrum . On 3rd December 2022 25 students from the college was given with the session at Don Bosco Nivas.
Ms Neha Joseph, District Coordinator DREAM Trivandrum provided the session for the students. The students during the day was also given an orientation about the Organisation and the same was provided by Mr Abhijith TK, Coordinator Shelter home Don Bosco Veedu Society. The students were intimated with the activities that taken under the project DREAM and also expressed the opportunity provided by dream to become the volunteers.
DREAM (Drug Rehabilitation Education And Mentoring) is the project initiated by Don Bosco Veedu Society and Banglore Rural Education and Development Society focus to reduce the prevalence of drugs among the school and college students. The project envisions to create an impact through three phases of activities.
