A session was held for the children in the MIRACLE project on February 10, 2024. Thirteen children participated in the session, which included English classes and music classes. The session began with a stretching exercise so the children could attend the class with an attentive mind.
In the morning session, the junior section was taught about vowel and consonant sounds. Some practice questions were given to them in order to help them understand vowel and consonant sounds. Ms. Arthi taught the junior class about singular and plural forms of words and advanced self-introduction. The junior class was given a worksheet to assess their understanding of the topics taught.
During the morning session, the senior class was taught about public speaking and speech preparation. Each person was given different topics to write a speech on and to present.
In the afternoon session, music class was held, and children were taught guitar and flute. Guitar was taught by Mr. Christy. A memory game and English activity session were held for the children. The session ended with a tea break.
