Intermidiate Railway Station OUTREACH Awareness Program at KOCHUVELI RAILWAY STATION

Thiruvananthapuram Railway CHILDLINE conducted Station Intermediate Outreach awareness Program at Kochuveli Railway Station

Railway Child Help Desk team gave awareness to RPF SI Mr. Sajilal at Kochuveli Railway Station as part of outreach awareness program

RCHD Team conducted an outreach awareness program at Kochuveli Railway Station on 20^th March 2023. Station Manager Mr. Anil Kumar gave permission for creating CHILDLINE awareness at the Railway Station premises. Team visited RPF office and gave awareness to the officers. RPF SI Mr. Sajilal joined with the team and participated in this outreach program.   CHILDLINE awareness about CHILDLINE and Child Protection Mechanism provided to the Deputy Managers Mr. Omanakuttan , Mr. Manilal , Mr. Renjith , Mr. Prabhakaran, Session Managers, TTE Mr. Pinto and other TTE’s , Ticket Counter Staff , Signal staff,  Track Maintenance Staff, Parcel Officers, Stall Vendors, Cleaning staff, Auto drivers and Passengers including children and adult. Team also distributed brochures to the Officials and Passengers. Mr. Pinto TTE pasted CHILDLINE brochures at the notice board for displaying our services to the general Public. All the Officials and passengers gave positive feedback to the program and they also encourage the services of the Railway Childline.

Railway Childline conducted Railway station outreach at nearest Railway Stations which aims to spread the awareness about CHILDLINE and the functions of Railway Childline. The Railway Station outreaches helps to provide friendly relationship with the stakeholders and ensures the safety of the children who come across the Railway Station.

Railway Childline is an active and effective part of Childline. The outreach programs of the project mainly focused on child protection and providing awareness about Childline and its activities.
