Inauguration of MOCHANA, the Anti-drug week observance

The anti drug week observance in connection with Gandhi Jayanthi was inaugurated by Rev Fr Saji Elambaseril, Director Don Bosco Veedu Society.

The one week anti-drug awareness program, MOCHANA in connection with the Gandhi Jayanthi was inaugurated by Rev. Fr Saji Elambaseril, Director Don Bosco Veedu Society. The Program was conducted at SMV Government model boys high school, Trivandrum on 27th September 2022. The team provided an awareness session for the students of the school. The sessions were handled by Ms Neha Joseph , Coordinator, DREAM Trivandrum and Ms Anooja, Counsellor of the project.

MOCHANA is an initiative by DREAM Trivandrum, in which a week long program is organised to spread the anti drug awareness. Through the awareness sessions the team envision to unroll the understanding on the consequences of drugs addiction on students.

DREAM (Drug Rehabilitation Education And Mentoring) is the project initiated by Don Bosco Veedu Society and Banglore Rural Education and Development Society focus to reduce the prevalence of drugs among the school and college students. The project envisions to create an impact through three phases of activities.
