On April 5, 2025, Don Bosco Veedu, Trivandrum, in collaboration with Insight for Innovation and UST, successfully conducted a basic computer literacy class for the students of the Spark project under the initiative titled “IGNITE: Empowering Young Minds with Technology.”

The session provided hands-on training led by software engineers from UST, introducing students to essential digital skills. The students learned to navigate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with basic editing techniques and resume-making skills.

The program aimed to equip children with practical knowledge and build confidence in using technology, preparing them for a more connected and tech-savvy future. It was an inspiring step towards bridging the digital divide and nurturing digital literacy among underprivileged children.
