Children immerse in creativity during the Art Therapy and Cloud Clay Modelling sessions at Darshan 2K24, guided by Mr. Akhil and Mr. Arun.

As part of Darshan 2K25, a vibrant and therapeutic Art Therapy Session was conducted to promote emotional well-being and inner healing among children. The session encouraged participants to explore their feelings and express their inner worlds through colours, drawings, and patterns. Children were guided to “colour their emotions” using paper and pen — a simple yet powerful way to connect with their thoughts and feelings.

Adding a tactile dimension to creativity, the Cloud Clay Modelling activity became one of the highlights of the day. Facilitated by Mr. Akhil and Mr. Arun, the session allowed children to mold their imaginations into playful and expressive shapes, offering a sensory experience that brought joy, relaxation, and emotional release.

Both activities not only sparked creativity but also helped children understand the importance of self-expression, mindfulness, and emotional awareness in a fun and engaging way.
