Ms.Neha is taking classes on menstrual hygiene

On February 2 2025, Ms. Neha Joseph, Project Coordinator of Don Bosco Veedu’s DREAM Project, conducted an insightful awareness session on menstrual hygiene and the usage of menstrual cups for students of the IMPACT Project. The session aimed to break taboos surrounding menstruation and educate students on sustainable menstrual health practices.

Ms. Neha provided scientific insights, practical guidance, and demonstrations on the benefits of using menstrual cups as an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative. She also addressed common myths and concerns, encouraging open discussions to help students make informed choices about their menstrual health.

The session fostered a positive and stigma-free environment, enabling students to ask questions and clarify doubts. By equipping them with the right knowledge, the IMPACT Project continues to empower students with holistic education beyond academics, ensuring their overall well-being.
