Awareness programme organised for the 8th standard students at Kaladi Government High school, Thiruvananthapuram

Students are the building blocks which moulds our society’s future. Now the schools have become the hub for various drugs and addiction, an intervention was necessary to spread the awareness on the topic Drug addiction. In order to achieve that goal DREAM Trivandrum organised an awareness programme for the 8th standard students at Kaladi Government High school, Thiruvananthapuram. On 19/09/2023 the awareness session was conducted at the school. The session was conducted focusing on the various addictions such as behavioural and chemical among the children and youth

DREAM – Drug Rehabilitation Education And Mentoring is the right based initiative by Trivandrum Don Bosco Veedu Society and Bangalore Rural Education And Development Society to reduce the prevalence Of drugs and substances among the children and youth in the society through the preventive education Strategy. Under the project the team provides Awareness programs counselling services and de addiction Services to achieve the objective.
