WCPC meeting and Adult group awareness at Ward 16 R C Street

WCPC meeting was held on 29-10 – 2022 at Anganwadi No. 22 , R. C. Street. There were 8 WCPC members participated and evaluated the child friendly programs of last months and also discussed about the upcoming programs. The committee was refreshed with new active members.  The meeting was presided by Anganwadi Teacher Mrs. Alfonsa.  Children’s Day programs were planned in the meeting and as a result decided to conduct painting competition and exhibition.

An awareness session was followed by the meeting about the topics “Family Issue and Cyber Issues”. Around47 adults from Kudumbasree benefited the session. The participants discussed about the root causes of family issues in their ward and suggested some solutions to overcome the issues. Also the facilitator gave the emergency contact numbers and the local authorities to whom the issues should be reported. The main aim of this ward level awareness is to empower the WCPC members to find out and solve the issues within their ward.
