Hancy Benny is taking the session for the children at Karimadom on overcoming exam stress.

Karimadom, Thiruvananthapuram: Amidst the pressure-cooker environment of exam season, Don Bosco hosted a session on “How to overcome stress” for children in Karimadom on February 17, 2024. The session aimed at equipping students with coping strategies to overcome exam stress and prioritise their mental well-being. Thirty students attended the session. The session began with an ice-breaking game and then led to an open discussion on the various sources of exam-related stress. Throughout the session, attendees were introduced to tips and techniques designed to promote relaxation and emotional well-being. From having chocolates to meditation, students were encouraged to explore different strategies and identify those that resonated with them. By equipping students with the knowledge and skills to navigate exam stress and prioritise their mental well-being, Don Bosco hopes to empower them to thrive academically and emotionally.
