As part of the Weekend Camp under the UPLIFT Project, Navajyothi – Student Retention Programme was conducted successfully today with the active participation of school students. The programme aimed to motivate children to continue their education while enhancing their creativity, confidence, and future aspirations. The session featured an inspiring career guidance class led by Ms. Vasanthakumari, former Headmistress and Career Counsellor. She encouraged students to recognise their strengths, set meaningful goals, and remain committed to their educational journey. To make the programme interactive and engaging, students participated in a drawing activity and a Vision Board activity, where they creatively expressed their dreams, career aspirations, and future goals. These activities helped children reflect on their ambitions and build a positive outlook towards education and personal development. The programme was coordinated and conducted by the staff members and interns of the UPLIFT Project, ensuring a vibrant and participatory learning environment for all the students.
