
A vibrant and engaging workshop on “The Art of Smart Learning” was conducted at Sneha Home, Kalady, by volunteers from the institute. The session aimed to help children improve their learning abilities through interactive games, activities, and practical study techniques.The programme began at 10:30 AM and concluded around 1:00 PM. Around 10 children participated in the workshop. Most of the children were highly energetic and active, which made the session lively, active, and enthusiastic.The workshop was handled by three resource persons — Bhagya A V, Gayathri Vijay, and Ksharathmika.As part of the session on The Art of Smart Learning, the children were taught different and effective ways of studying smartly rather than studying for long hours without focus. The class included techniques such as learning through visualization, concentration methods, observation skills, teamwork, and activity-based learning. The session also focused on the importance of basic self-discipline, good behaviour, proper communication, cleanliness, responsibility, and organizing daily routines.Various games and activities focusing on concentration, teamwork, observation skills, memory power, and smart learning techniques were conducted during the session. The children actively participated in every activity and showed excellent cooperation and enthusiasm throughout the programme.The response from the children was extremely positive. They listened carefully to the sessions, interacted actively, and responded enthusiastically during every activity. During the feedback session, many children shared that they had learned several new study methods and useful habits from the workshop.As part of the interaction, sweets were also distributed among the children, adding joy to the occasion. The session turned out to be a memorable and meaningful experience for both the children and the resource persons.The Director of the institute, Devasia M J, appreciated the initiative and encouraged more such interactive learning programmes for children in the future.
