SI Praveen R inaugurates the Children’s Day celebration at DB Nivas by unveiling the Joy Gift Box, accompanied by Fr. Thomas Meckaden and programme coordinators.

The Children’s Day celebration at DB Nivas was conducted with great enthusiasm and active participation from the children of the AWAKE and SPARK programmes. The programme was inaugurated by SI Praveen R of Thampanoor Police Station, who unveiled the special Joy Gift Box, marking the official opening of the event.In his inaugural address, SI Praveen encouraged the children to dream fearlessly and work with determination to achieve their goals. Fr. Thomas Meckaden delivered a meaningful message highlighting love, discipline, and values that help children grow into confident individuals.Children from the AWAKE and SPARK groups captivated the audience with a powerful skit focusing on social awareness. SPARK children also presented melodious songs, while several cultural dance performances added colour and vibrancy to the celebration.The programme concluded with applause and appreciation for the children’s talents and the dedicated efforts of the organizers.
