On the occasion of World Environment Day, Don Bosco Nivas came alive with colors of green and voices of care. Fr. Thomas Meckadan, the chief guest of the event, inaugurated the celebration with a message of ecological responsibility and deep reverence for nature.
Participants, including children, interns, and staff, shared beautiful and personal reflections about their relationship with nature—highlighting its love, protection, and inner beauty. A thought-provoking mime performance on the theme of conservation was presented by the interns, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.
The celebration continued with a melodious song sung by Ms. Arun Marie, staff representative, and lively games and activities that brought everyone together. The program concluded with renewed inspiration to care for the environment.
