Fr. Joby Sebastian is interacting with parents

On 15th December 2024, project IMPACT hosted a productive Parents Meeting in the presence of the Director, Fr. Joby Sebastian SDB. The meeting saw active participation from 33 parents who gathered to discuss key aspects of their children’s academic and personal growth.

Fr. Joby highlighted three main points during his address: the importance of regularity in classes, punctuality, and adherence to student schedules. He emphasized that a well-structured timetable is essential for achieving successful academic outcomes.

Ms. Anmy Therese Joseph, the coordinator, provided valuable guidance to parents on effective parenting, offering insights on how they can better support and guide their children through their educational journey. Fr. Joby also shared his wisdom on leading a balanced and happy life, underscoring the importance of holistic development for students.

Following the general discussion, individual meetings were held between the coordinator and parents to review their children’s mid-term examination marks. This personal interaction allowed for a more tailored approach to each student’s progress.

The meeting fostered an environment of open communication and reinforced the shared responsibility of both parents and educators in shaping the future of the students.
