So the program helps them to find the children in need and provide them necessary attention. CHG (Child Help Group) meetings are conducted every month by Railway Childline and cleaning staff representatives, Chief Health Inspector, in the meeting said that new members in the cleaning staff needed an awareness session about Childline and its activities.  This is why Railway Childline decided to give an awareness program for them. So they know how to identify a child in need and take necessary action.

She concluded the session by clarifying the questions raised by the staff. There were 35 staff members attending the session.
