An awareness programme was conducted for the students of St. Philomina’s High School, Poonthura, on October 14, 2022. The programme was organised in collaboration with the government project, Yodhavu. The school staff representative presided over the programme, and Mr. Sunil, SI, Poonthura Police Station, offered the felicitation.
DREAM Trivandrum conducted this programme as part of the school-level awareness training series. Ms Neha Joseph, Coordinator of DREAM Trivandrum, and Ms Anooja R, Counsellor of the project, interacted with the students and led the awareness session. The team also announced the winners of the essay competition conducted by DREAM Trivandrum for the students of St Philomina’s High School and handed over the prize to them.
DREAM (Drug Rehabilitation Education And Mentoring) is a project initiated by the Don Bosco Veedu Society and Banglore Rural Education and Development Society that focuses on reducing the prevalence of drugs among school and college students. The project envisions creating an impact through three phases of activities.
